Shane squeezed me in when I had an electrical fault between leisure and cab batteries in my van. Recommended a couple of upgrades to my current charging/power system to replace the faulty and ineffective products and then came back and fitted them (I bought the products, he doesn’t try it on by adding hidden costs on hardware). Even in fitting there was a another problem and he got stuck into that, finding a rogue wire after a lengthy search and eventually he sorted that too. I’ve had a Fiamma awning fitted to our camper van by Shane. He’s done a good job and although it took him longer than expected to do the fitting he’s still only charged us the price quoted.

We did have to pay over £800 in advance for the awning and fitting kit. Although we paid promptly we didn’t receive an acknowledgement that the money was received, which would have been reassuring. The awning took over a month to arrive and although not Shane’s fault, again we would’ve appreciated being kept advised of the situation. Instead it was me that had to ring him on two occasions to find out about the delay.

Shane has just finished three long days both fixing and upgrading my motorhome. His skills and knowledge are truly awesome. He did a great Solar and lithium battery install / upgrade and also fixed my truma combi boiler. He also installed rear air suspension from a Dunlop kit I bought online. He then worked his way though a list of smaller jobs which were all the little niggles which detracted from our enjoyment of the used motorhome we bought recently. I genuinely cannot recommend more strongly that you book the jobs you need doing in with Shane as his services are very much in demand and will continue to be so more and more in the future as word spreads about how good he is.
